"We", "Our", or "Us" refers to the developers of the ATC KE app. This enterprise application is designed strictly to assist Air Traffic Controllers in managing operational workflows and schedules efficiently. This privacy policy outlines how we handle information within our ecosystem.
To provide a streamlined operational experience, the ATC KE app processes specific information provided directly by the user. This data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and is used exclusively within the app to support your daily ATC functions.
All information is transmitted securely via TLS encryption and stored in secure Firebase environments. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third parties, nor do we use it for any purpose outside of core app functionality and operational requirements.
The app requests access to location services exclusively for the Shift Handover feature to validate physical proximity between users. This location data is processed locally and ephemerally for immediate validation; it is not stored permanently on our servers or shared externally.
Operational data is used solely to enhance system efficiency, validate shift parameters, and maintain safety standards. Access to this data is restricted strictly to authorized personnel within the operational system.
In compliance with data protection standards, ATC KE provides a transparent and straightforward process for you to request the permanent deletion of your user account and associated personal data.
Upon the expiration of the retention period, the following personal data housed in your Cloud Firestore User Profile and Cloud Storage will be permanently destroyed:
Due to strict aviation regulatory and safety compliance standards, certain operational enterprise records you generated during your tenure (such as Shift Allocations, Handover Watch logs, Runway Inspections, and Incident Reports) must be retained. However, upon account deletion, these records will be permanently anonymized—stripping all personally identifiable markers linking them to your profile.
Once requested, your account enters a 14-day deletion countdown. During this retention period, your account access will be suspended but your data is preserved. If you change your mind within this 14-day window, you can cancel the deletion process by sending us a message through the Contact Us form. After 14 days, the deletion of your personal data is executed and becomes irreversible.
ATC KE is an enterprise tool intended strictly for working professionals. It is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under this age.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect structural updates or regulatory changes. Any modifications will be updated here immediately.
